These terms govern your use of Social Queue Catalyst. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. What the service does

Social Queue Catalyst helps you plan, create, schedule, publish, and measure social media content. It connects to social platforms you already own accounts on, adapts a single idea into per-platform posts, generates or selects accompanying images, publishes on a schedule, and reports how content performed.

Supported platforms currently include TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Pages, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and Bluesky. Platform availability can change if a platform alters its API or terms.

2. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by us rather than by open self-service signup. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connected platform accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. When you connect an account you authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you granted: publishing content you have approved, reading metrics, and retrieving public content you have asked us to monitor.

Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms. Nothing here overrides them. If our service and a platform’s rules conflict, the platform’s rules win, and you must not use our service in a way that breaches them. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our access going forward.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, adapt, and transmit it strictly to operate the service for you, including sending it to the AI and storage providers listed in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and publish, including photographs, video, music, trademarks, and any likeness of a person.

5. AI-generated content

The service uses AI to draft copy and to generate or select images. You should treat all generated output as a draft.

  • AI can produce inaccurate, biased, or fabricated statements, including invented statistics and quotes. Review before publishing.
  • You are solely responsible for anything you publish through the service, whether AI generated or not.
  • Ownership and copyright of AI-generated images is unsettled in many jurisdictions, and we make no warranty that generated output is protectable or free of third-party rights.
  • Some platforms require AI-generated or synthetic media to be labelled. Meeting that obligation is your responsibility.
  • Do not use the service to create synthetic media depicting a real person without their consent.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • Post spam, run engagement farms, or artificially inflate metrics.
  • Operate accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage, or misrepresent who you are.
  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
  • Infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Evade a platform's rate limits, automation rules, or enforcement actions.
  • Scrape or store platform data beyond what the platform's API permits.
  • Reverse engineer the service, or probe its security without our written permission.
  • Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, and we may do so immediately where a platform requires it or where continued use risks harm.

7. Fees

Fees, if any, are those agreed in writing with you. Where the service passes through third-party usage costs such as AI generation or GPU rendering, those are shown in the application before you incur them. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third-party platforms and providers, and their outages, rate limits, or API changes can prevent publishing or reporting. Scheduled publishing is best effort: we cannot guarantee a post is delivered at an exact moment, and a platform may reject content for its own reasons.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law or by a platform. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep beforehand.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that output will be accurate, or that any particular reach, engagement, or business result will follow from using it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or for the suspension or termination of your account by a social platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only so far as permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you publish through the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of a platform’s terms or of anyone’s rights.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

To be completed before publication: governing law and the courts or arbitration forum for disputes, matching the registered entity named in the Privacy Policy.
